Description
Soundsorber foam is an acoustic grade polyether polyurethane foam
with a reinforced aluminium foil facing. Sorber/AL is designed to
obtain maximum sound absorption per given thickness through the
uniform cell structure of the polyurethane foam. The reinforced
aluminium facing offers protection against petrol, grease, oils
and offers a non flammable surface and also enhances the acoustic
characteristics in the low frequency range.
Application
Sorber/AL is a highly effective sound absorber with a tough, wear
resistant and impermeable surface for applications such as generators,
enclosures, compressors, engine compartments, bus, truck and under
bonnets insulation, hydraulic pump enclosures and marine engine
compartments and duct linings.
